The Regional Baha’i Council is inviting you to join an important Zoom call regarding a new process developed for the counting and reporting of virtual study circles, particularly since many of those arising in the Virtual Institute Campaign involve friends from multiple clusters. We are inviting all institute coordinators and statistics officers in the region, and, in clusters where there are no institute coordinators, we are inviting ATC secretaries or others. If you are an ATC secretary who is unable to attend the call on the dates specified, please ask another ATC member to participate in your place.
We need to share the information that will be provided as widely as possible, being sure that each cluster is informed, so we are really hoping that all invited will attend. For that reason, we are providing two dates for the call. Please choose whichever date is convenient for you. The first option is Tuesday, July 7 from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. The link for that call is provided below. The other option is Friday, July 10 from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. The link for that call will be sent to you in a separate email message.
