Dear Friends,
In these times when we find ourselves apart from each other but still wanting to be together to draw upon the spiritual sustenance available when we participate in such activities as devotional gatherings and study circles, many of the friends are finding alternate ways to maintain contact in meaningful ways. There are many tools that make this possible.
One such tool is Zoom. It can bring you face to face with a group of people to converse, plan, study, and pray. Those who have been using it say that it is not difficult at all. With just a bit of instruction and using a computer or even a phone, you can easily connect with others in a variety of ways. Some of them include the following:
- Create beautiful devotional gatherings h
- Hold Feasts, Assembly meetings, study circles, or home visits
- Have children’s classes or junior youth groups
- Collaborate utilizing a whiteboard
- Consult in small groups and come back together into a large group, via a “breakout room” feature • share and read documents together
- Watch films and discuss them together
